I read that middle age actually starts in your mid-30's. "No way," I thought. "I'm 36 and fit as a fiddle." Then last week, I sneezed too hard and pulled a muscle in my back. I could barely move the rest of the day. So yeah, I guess 36 is middle aged after all.
