Years ago, I saw this quote & realized my โ€˜why.โ€™ โ€œCoaching is a profession of ๐™ก๐™ค๐™ซ๐™š. You canโ€™t coach someone ๐™๐™–๐™ง๐™™ unless they know that you ๐™ก๐™ค๐™ซ๐™š them.โ€ While my love for this game runs deep, my love for the people I get to watch grow, runs deeper. Thatโ€™s all.
