Our member Stanimir Dobrev has updated his map of Russian Gasoline & Diesel shortages in Russia. The new data shows an increase of 1.5% in regions experiencing supply gaps; a rise from 84% to 85.5%.

Map of Utilities outages in Russia for the week 27th of October to the 2nd of November. This year starts really strong with 250 outages reported in the last week of October vs 225 last year. More importantly this is the first year of outages due to drone attacks.
