A great day yesterday at Alstom UK & Ireland in Derby at the Alstom Services Development Conference, on International Women in Engineering Day #INWED. We welcomed Alstom people from around the world for a tour of 507001. Quite a contrast to the new Aventra trains elsewhere on site!

Yesterday was another great day with Team 507 in Derby, continuing the job of getting 507001 squeaky clean for The Greatest Gathering. A lot of hard work completed in spite of the heat.

Another visit down to Derby to visit the Class 507 Preservation and an unusual view of the unit, to say the least!

Been a busy few days with members of C507PS at Alstom UK & Ireland in Derby. It's farewell to the Farewell destination blind, and the original colour of underframe equipment is now being revealed. All to be ready for The Greatest Gathering in just a few weeks!
