EVScape Seeing that people clearly DO get incorrectly perm banned, without proper customer support, if those people aren't well known in the community (streamers/YTers), how do you suggest they go about getting an incorrect, unappealable ban lifted, Old School RuneScape?

People getting false banned for no reason at all, they try to contact support and they dont get the help they need so they come to me for help, and i really wanna help but what can i fucking do when its like talking to a brick fucking wall generic robotic responds...
