We have now updated the RS and OSRS newsposts to confirm that:

RuneFest completely sold out of all 2000 tickets in record time, despite there being more tickets available than any previous RuneFest.

We are exploring options to see whether we can increase event capacity.

🛠️ We're aware of a crashing issue during the Easter event when playing on mobile or the new official client. You will soon see a 45 minute timer in-game ahead of us taking the servers back offline for a short time to address the issues.
