Caribbean Road Safety Network says it commends the Government on recent changes and updates to the Road Traffic Act.

A person is able to tow a broken down or disabled vehicle with a rope or a chain on the road, save and except a toll road. This is the law and has been the law for years. Section 249 of the RTA regulations #RoadSafety
