We've had some wet rambles lately, but this is seriously worrying.

Looking forward to hearing Bethany Handley at the Glamorgan area AGM tomorrow.

I hope this is only a temporary diversion to the Usk Valley Walk and National Trust Clytha to Bettws Newydd route. Some effort has been made in providing an alternative route, which adds a mile to the walk, but not clear if Monmouthshire / Sir Fynwy intend to fix the right of way itself.

Never, EVER accept the lie that this is somehow a 'forest', just because there are trees: it's not. A real forest is 1,000s of diverse species, all intricately connected. By contrast, what you're looking at here is one face of the death of nature, covering around 10% of Ireland.
