Last month the whole athletics community was devastated by the passing of Team GB & NI mountain runner Chris Smith. Chris' family have set up a memorial fund so they can continue his legacy and lifelong support for young and aspiring athletes ❤

Today was the funeral of Chris Smith, great athlete who was taken from us far too early. Due to limitations on funerals I decided to go for a run. I aimed to have the route cross with the funeral procession from Hayward’s Heath to Cuckfield at 12:00 🕛. 1 of 2
