Why is it so difficult to have a conversation with anyone real at Ask Virgin Money ?

Currently caught in the Kafkaesque loop of trying to report a fault to BT for business . We were railroaded into digital VOIP and now seem to have moved significantly backwards in our ability to communicate. Truly the least communicative business, somewhat ironically.
