#JCVI have once again removed asthmatics from the covid booster program. Despite 1 in 10 covid deaths having asthma. And scientifically proven increased risk of hospitalisation and long covid. They were going to include "influenza list (asthmatics)" now removed.

Asthma UK is concerned that all asthmatics under 50 don't appear to be included in the Covid booster rollout. That was the initial plan over the summer and it now seems JCVI have reversed course on that.
