An interesting series of thoughts re the long game of parenting. How many of these learnings and principles are relevant to the long game of coaching youth athletes and players too? Is good parenting = good coaching? Either way as David Morris says, “Play to win.”

Grateful to wake up to this today! Thanks to supervisors, research assistants, co-authors, participants, friends & family who meaningfully contributed along the way! A fantastic chapter of applied research and life experience that I'd recommend to all considering the PhD route!
