Months after her death, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's legacy still resonates throughout the country. Today on California Law Review Online, we're remembering RBG with pieces from UC Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky and The University of Alabama School of Law Professor Heather Elliott @🏡: californialawreview.org/online/

I see a LOT of “sympathetic” coverage of (White!) seditionists claiming they were driven by mental illness and pandemic isolation. Stop right there! Millions of Americans have wellness issues and do NOT plot sedition. Do not weaponize mental illness to try and justify terrorism.

Honored to be writing for Yale Law School about the future of the Justice Department in the company of so many of my former colleagues.

Thank you! I would be nowhere without the women whose footsteps I dance in. While reciting my poem, I wore a ring with a caged bird—a gift from Oprah Winfrey for the occasion , to symbolize Maya Angelou, a previous inaugural poet. Here’s to the women who have climbed my hills before.

Thank you 90.7 The Capstone for playing the Chills!
