The SEHD High Performance Training & Mentorship Camp will feature the best 2011-born players at the Bell Sensplex. Over the weekend, players will participate in 17.5 hours of ice time, including individual skills sessions, team practices, and gameplay.

Your talent may be a big separator for a while, but don’t rely on that longterm. Your drive & discipline will eventually become more noticeable than your abilities. Lots of people have talent. Very few have the work ethic to learn, fail, practice, grow. Standout skills for life!

#SEHD Spotlight: Henry Doucet A well-earned opportunity for former multi-year SSHD AAA and Ottawa Myers Automotive AAA player, Henry Doucet, as he gets another call-up to the Ontario Hockey League's Sudbury Wolves. This marks the 12th and 13th time this season that Henry joins Sudbury.
