Judge DENIES the SEC's motion to compel production of Ripple's lawyer opinion letters. Very important because the Judge states Ripple's subjective beliefs re XRP are NOT relevant to the Fair Notice defense, blocking the road the SEC wanted to use to fight the Defense.

A little secret of the U.S. Court system: not even 10% of cases can be tried. Judges are always pressuring lawyers to settle because the truth is the system would collapse if more cases had to be tried. There simply aren't enough resources. True for both civil and criminal cases.

Sealed motion resolved in agreement of both parties. Sunshine Meeting, scheduled for tomorrow and no longer postponed. Half a billion xrp delivered to an exchange that sells no xrp. Brad Garlinghouse doing the happy dance. And @jesse_hynes not believing any of this. Guys, it's close

The general rule on extensions to discovery is that you have to show "prejudice" if the extension is not granted and the SEC didn't do a good job with that in its motion. "Judge, we haven't been able to find what we need yet" is not a good prejudice argument. We shall see...

The SEC refuses to follow judges orders by refusing to hand over documents related to BTC and ETH. The SEC thinks theyโ€™re above the law!

.Rosie Rios inspired us to do more with less by taking us through a case study of saving $1 Billion. How? She focused on the power of three: investing in physical, financial, and above all else, human capital. Now thatโ€™s #realinsite.

SEC's Motion: Granted, Denied, Denied, Denied. And, I am getting a vibe from the Judge that she is digging the Fair Notice Defense: "Ripple's F.N. Defense...is about the (SEC's) state of mind whether XRP" is a security. This takes away a little sting from the 60 day extension.
