Cool paper on arXiv today on whether we could actually save Earth from an asteroid with just six month's warning, as depicted in Don't Look Up. Turns out, yes! Probably. arxiv.org/abs/2201.10663

A fun paper and an example of interdisciplinary work --with cosmologists (George Alestas George Alestas and Savvas Nesseris) and string theorists (Matilda Delgado Maldita Delgado, Ignacio Ruiz nacho, and Miguel Montero Miguel Montero Muñoz): arxiv.org/abs/2406.09212

Here is our new The COMPACT Collaboration paper, where we demonstrate that cosmic microwave background (CMB) polarization measurements from upcoming experiments can provide new avenues for detecting cosmic topology (i.e., the shape of the Universe): arxiv.org/abs/2503.08671

To both cosmology and string theory communities: do not use simple phenomenological parametrizations (e.g., truncated Taylor expansions) of dark energy equation of state to conclude whether or not dark energy is dynamical -- see our recent paper: arxiv.org/abs/2503.22529
