How does creating new memories slow down time? You don't remember the 20, 30, or 40 years. You remember a few weeks. That's the length of memories you have in life. That's the feeling of time you have. If you have more memories your concept of time spent will be longer.

How to create more memories? Pay attention to the details. If you walk in the park without paying attention you will only remember a few moments. If you seek details in the chirping sounds of the birds, colors of leaves and fragrances you will remember longer time spent.

The win is earned in the middle. Every single journey in life has a beginning, middle, and end. Most people will only show up with energy for the rush of the beginning and the anticipation of the end. The one who pushes hard through the middle is the one who will eventually win.

There should be no shame in admitting to a mistake; after all, we really are only admitting that we are now wiser than we once were.
