TBD on senate. If all 100 senators allow the vote, it’ll happen before midnight.

If they don’t, shutdown is likely and later passage of the bill.

For those wondering what this means.

First -- it doesn't mean anything is done...yet. The language still needs to be released AND it needs to path both houses. That said, this bill is a negotiated deal that SHOULD get through.

Second -- 12,000 isn't enough, but it's a start.
