The BOS just voted 9-2 in favor of removing Max Carter-Oberstone from the Police Commission. Thanks to Daniel Lurie 丹尼爾·羅偉 and Board of Supervisors for taking action in the right direction. Max was a thorn in the police departments side. Creating policy that prevented them from doing their jobs.

1/ Today, DA Brooke Jenkins 謝安宜 announced that Marcos Smith-Pequeno of Pittsburg, has been charged in connection to multiple organized retail theft incidents at a Walgreens in Noe Valley. Mr. Smith-Pequeno was arraigned on February 28, 2025, and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
