We need to be careful with this drive against incivility. Though I agree with the principal, I just know that in a couple of years time it will be used as a big stick to hit doctors with. It could be #BeKind's second coming.

Patient's experiences, and therefore reviews of healthcare/ those delivering it are a poor metric for evaluating it. Not that we should minimise patient views. But none of us are happy when our car (correctly) fails it's MOT.
