JOIN US at city hall THIS MONDAY at 1:45 p.m. to demand the Referendum for Community Power Over Policing (CPOP) be moved back to the Public Safety Committee!

This historic legislation will make the citywide body charged with holding the police accountable directly elected, and give it the power to: ✅ Negotiate the police union contract ✅ Set the budget for CPD ✅ Hire and fire the police superintendent

Policing is a matter of public safety. The CPOP referendum belongs in the Public Safety Committee where it has the best chance of passing through city hall and making it on to the ballot. COME OUT! ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!
