۱۵ جدی مصادف به هفتمین سالگرد وفات تاریخ نویس افغان، داکتر محمد حسن کاکر است. به همین مناسبت مراسم یادبود و ختم قران عظیم الشان در کنار مقبره وی در سرخکان لغمان صورت گرفت.

در این مراسم شخصیت های علمی، علما، بزرگان و جوانان اشتراک نمودند. مراسم با ختم قران عظیم الشان آغاز گردید
