one of my dad's friends is an invigilator. they caught a girl taking a piece of paper out of her pocket and looking at it in an exam before being put back in her pocket. the piece of paper was confiscated for investigation.

it said

Do we really need to 'judge' bairns in this way?
Behind every score, there is a story. Who is listening to that?

It's dreadful to read so many stories like this.
Do we really need to base educational success on the ability to pass exams.
Young children being stressed by exams is not going to end well.
Poor bairns.
There are better ways to assess learning (their teacher!)
