Over the last decade, cooperation between LAR, Lëtzebuerger Arméi  & the Directorate of Defence has gradually developed.
For example, LAR is providing aeromedical evacuations for the European Air Transport Command in the name of 🇱🇺Defence.

At the virtual #Ramstein Ukraine Defense Contact Group meeting I reiterated Luxembourg’s unwavering support to Ukraine. 🇱🇺 pledges additional €7.5 million to the 🇪🇪🇱🇺 led IT coalition. We signed contracts for artillery rounds, machine gun ammunition & more

This afternoon at SES ADM Bauer Admiral Rob Bauer was briefed on GovSat, a public private partnership between the Government of Luxembourg and SES.

This provides secure and reliable governmental satellite communication services to 11 Allies and to NATO as an organisation.
