Happy to see many talented folks quit without even having an offer on hand in the middle of a recession to escape the toxic workplace/management because due to parents' support they no longer have the compulsion to support family or even need to have emergency fund.

Why is this cert-maxxing a thing even among professionals on LinkedIn? Everyone is completing some or the other cert,I looked up those courses and most of them need only 8-10 hrs.These people are not in small positions,I mean whom are they trying to impress? What am I missing?
One of the indulgences I have is amul 99% dark chocolate. I add it with yogurt, coffee and sometimes to control my sugar addiction. I've seen its price going up from 125 to 160 and now 200 for 125 gms, can't quit though.
There was a mutton stall next to my school. The freshly cut meat would turn yellow by evening. My friend told me that they will clean and cook it for hours so that there is no bacteria/virus but was very wary of pork because somebody in his family died eating it.
