Its been rainy for days and it's cold.

This is your reminder that birds don't kick their babies out and they don't abandon them once they are out of the nest. They actually bring them food to the ground for around 4 days while they learn how to fly. Don't take home fledglings, the parents are near.

I love how my service dog can be surrounded by a flock of pigeons without even paying attention to them. Being raised with a bird mom (me) has its advantages, haha 😄

I've been trying to do exercise, this is what taking a walk looks like for me (on betablockers). I'm trying to take care of my body in hopes of feeling better someday. I miss wildlife rehabbing so much.

I know I’ve been inactive. Quitting wildlife rehab when my health declined was tough, but I still want to help. Now, I’m supporting service dog organizations in Mexico. This one needs our help—just follow their IG, and this food brand will donate for guide dogs in training.

My service dog is trained to pick up everything from the floor. Sometimes when I'm having snacks or eating on my desk she brings me random stuff or her toys. She won't get to have the human food but I find it funny. Sometimes she brings stuff I didn't even know we had.

She loves being comfy, as soon as she sees pillows that's where she wants to be.

This hasn't been my year, but my pets are doing fine. I made new toys for the cockatiels and it took me a couple of days to recover haha At least they are enjoying them

It's been years (5+) since I went to the gym, I had to stop because my health issues got so bad I had two major falls on the stairs, yesterday I went with my service dog for the first time! She did great and helped me get home safely.
