Gout. SAKIT, BENGKAK, MERAH, PANAS. Kalau tengah menyerang, sakitnya tak boleh bawak bincang. Tersentuh kain pun boleh menjerit. Biasanya perlukan ubat kurang uric acid seperti colchicine, penghilang sakit seperti diclofenac atau naproxen & jika perlu ubat untuk surut bengkak.
