Flipkart you have fu@ked up platform, you merge customer accounts arbitrarily and if any customer complains, your callcenter executives bombard him with multiple calls telling him they are unable to find the issue...That is the level of your technology. Amazon India is much better.

Flipkart: f@ckup1 - 12 days since the issue of inability to use 5500 worth of gift cards got reported and since no resolution in sight. just plain simple calls from callcenter executive saying they cant see the issue.

After using Samsung S7 for 4yrs, went to exchange for Samsung S21 5G, just to be told that it cannot be exchanged because of dents on sides. Despite being a perfectly working handset, only option is to buy new handset. Whatever happened to #loyalty Samsung India Samsung Mobile ?

Bought a 75” TV on Diwali from Amazon India. This year twist is that folks at amazon wanted my TV to just sit there, packed as it was delivered for 1 week now after it was delivered, waiting for installation personnel to come, only for them to cancel their visit again & again. S1E1

S1E2 I have been on call with Amazon India support on 40 minute long calls. Best of the worst part: instead of trying to figure out why installation people are cancelling on their scheduled job they try & give false assurances to you.

S1E3: Harassment by Amazon India | Cherry on the cake: you may ask to speak to the manager of the call Center executive who does not appear to understand what you are trying to explain & he would never come in the call.

S1E4 | Amazon India I wish to be able to speak to a sane person who can understand the problem instead of someone who reads a script “I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing… blah blah” and nothing happens or is unable to do anything except filing an electronic form.
