What a fab trip for birders. Lot to look fwd to. 5 owls, 2 doves,1 teal, 2wp, more than 20 unique forest birds, 5 kfs.. all very unique to this archipelago. Go for it. Will put a post of all birds seen.. Andaman Green pigeon.

Clamorous reed warbler usually doesn’t show itself so boldly! It prefers to keep within the foliage but keeps announcing its presence by series of peculiar calls while foraging deep inside the bushes.

Hume's Treecreeper (Certhia manipurensis) was sighted in the pine (Pinus) forest of Phawngpui, also known as Blue Mountain.
