Hi Parliament of Sri Lanka, why is it that official docs say Hon (Mrs.) to refer to female MPs? If there is a need to differentiate between male and female MPs, the use of Mr. and Ms. would be most appropriate, as women no longer need to be defined or distinguished by their marital status.
