You don't get to cheer for Iranian missiles hitting Tel Aviv, then the next day cheer for CIA-Mossad protests in Iran. Either you support Iran's sovereignty and its military capacity to destroy Israel, or you support imperialist regime change. There's no "nuanced" in-between.
