I just had a new manuscript sent back because co-authors didn't have "institutional" email addresses. This is not fair to our Congolese co-authors whose institutions cannot afford to provide email services. It is also not fair to those who are not "affiliated" with an institution

There is a proposal to remove the plaque next to the statue of Henry Dundas which gives context about the actions he took that led to the prolonging of the slave trade.
