Anyone ever wonder why when the hemoglobin goes down from 13.5 to 13, no one bats an eye, but when it goes down from 7 to 6.5, everyone gets real serious? #GITwitter #MedTwitter

It’s not a negative trial, there is a lot of nuance to be considered. The intervention arm was patients INVITED for colonoscopy, NOT patients who UNDERWENT colonoscopy. Less than 50% of the people in invited group underwent colonoscopy. #GITwitter #MedTwitter
