It’s almost evident that National Insurance India have no control on its TPA, else they won’t be sitting ducks on the below cashless claim rejection review request, with certification from treated Doctor for more than a week. Expected a better customer service for a 17 years old policy.

Hi Myntra the replacement Order ID # 1280601 38069234157901 was cancelled without even a single delivery attempt & the return period of original order got over due to replacement cancellation. Your chat nor customer care are not reachable to find a solution. Terrible experience
