"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” -- Luke 19:10 The word "seek" in the Greek is ζητῆσαι (zēteō). It means "to seek in order to find." In Strong's Definitions it is said to mean "of uncertain affinity; to seek." Jesus came to find something that he had
