Congrats to Katie Bishop, Shelby County's Distinguished Young Woman for 2019. Noelle Thompson passed on the title last night at SCHS. Caitlin Chambers was 1st runner up and Arianna Dunn was 2nd runner up. The girls received scholarship opportunities to state colleges.
