Sanchit Turaga A lot of places have recruitment holds due to cost pressures. Every vacancy needs approval from board level people, and they will try to CIP anything that looks to them like a luxury. Agency spend targets mean that locuming may not be an option either. The whole thing stinks.

I think I've been in work for 45 minutes, and all I've done so far is help people navigate through the broken NHS system of care. It's utterly depressing to do this day in day out.
