This is terrible news. I spent some of the best years of my life at Teamto in Valence. They took me in straight out of school and gave me a shot at animating for a living. Great company, projects, beautiful city and the best people imaginable. Hope the best for everyone there.

I've been building out an action shot with my own character. It's still very early days but is there any interest at all in follow along in the process? Not sure this is the best place for it, maybe more a blog form. Not sure where to post wips in a way it is easy to track

Promised I'd share some wip from my action shot. Here's the first pass blocking. Lots of room for improvement. I did a cube pass prior to this so the timing is pretty much figured out before blocking. Trying to incorporate lighting ideas into my blocking pass already

Shot update. Lots of unweildy arms and odd spacing. But as far as blocking I think it's about done. All the ideas are there. Did a big camera update to make it more dynamic, but had to switch to spline for it to read properly.

Getting into some spline work and building out the world a little 🙂

Don't know about the fit but the walk and turn around is easily 10/10

This is really sad :/ had a great time working there on The Twits (coming later this year). It was a company full of great people.

Got to work on one if these at the start of the year! Definitely got me out of my comfort zone (how we learn, right?) and really stoked to see how good everything looks
