Was great (in my temporary unemployment!) to finally have the time to get down to a Notts County FITC cancer rehab CARE class. Around 25 people aged 40-84 for a circuits session and badminton/ping pong. Such a wonderful free service but one which most doctors don’t even know exists.

Thanks to Gemma and Claire today for giving us more information on how the acute oncology CNS service can help support our patients with new diagnosis of cancer. They also have an extension and a mobile number for urgent advice.
