1/2 O2 please explain why there is no supervisor to speak to when calling to complain? Issue after issue,being told different things every time we call.This could have been resolved 2 weeks ago but still outstanding & going away at the weekend so need assistance asap!

2/2 O2 you cannot tell me there are NO supervisors in the whole of your customer services team to complain/speak to?? Or are they not a customer services dept & don’t give a toss about their customers?!
