It's the first & only recording I've ever had of my voice. I was sick for 2wks and the night before is the last time I was abused, so I cried the entire night before and the entire time we recorded. The person who recorded it is an extremely close friend to my heart.

4 days later, I took my car, whatever I could fit in my car, and moved 8hrs away to Sacramento. I had no clothes, no shoes, and was homeless for 5mos.

My life is so much lighter than it's ever been, I'm incredibly grateful for everyone and everything I have. So this song marks the moment I changed my entire life. It was terrifying, but so worth it.
