Excited to have some of my PhD work published in Stroke AHA/ASA. We show that people with stroke can also benefit from high-intensity interval training. We found clinically meaningful gains in fitness after 12 weeks of short interval HIIT. ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/ST…
