Hi Central Bank of Nigeria kindly help enquire from Access Bank Plc and Polaris Bank Ltd. where my money is, because this two bank keep pushing me to each other Polaris Bank Ltd. said I should Liaise with my bank, while Access Bank Plc is also telling me to Liaise with the merchant for refund.

How we got here On the 18th of April 2023, I used a Polaris Bank ATM machine with address (28 church gate street Victoria Island Lagos state) and my Access Bank card to withdraw money .  Unfortunately, the transaction was unsuccessful, and I did not receive any money from the ATM

However, my account was debited twice with N5000, resulting in a total reduction of N10000. I immediately waited for the reversal of the debited amount, but it did not happen. I contacted Access Bank on the 25th of April 2023. #Accessbank #Polarisbank

I was told that my complaint would be looked into. Unfortunately, I did not received any positive feedback regarding the reversal of my money, despite reaching out to Access Bank over five times since then. #accessbank #polarisbankcrisis

Since Polaris Bank Ltd. says the transaction was successful, of which I did not receive the funds in question. I would appreciate it if Central Bank of Nigeria & Access Bank Plc request that Polaris Bank Ltd. provide the CCTV footage of the withdrawal to shed more light on this matter.
