France last weekend with the GB300 Club. Season best at 50m, 2 PB's at 300m. 3rd, 8th &4th. The Isle of Wight did itself proud, Island Games Team Mate @DomCowen recording a PB and a brilliant 1st, 5th and 10th place. Not a bad weekend all round #teamiow #islandgames
