The COVID-19 Symptom Tracker app is a really great idea but it’s been rushed into development with little attention to design. Many usability issues and ambiguity makes me wonder how useful the data collected will be... Frustrates me as such potential to make a difference.

Used some poor support systems before the LG UK Customer Care ticketing system is horrendous. Terrible email formatting, no obvious way to reply or provide screenshots. Not what I expected from a big brand and in stark contrast to the quality of displays! 🤷🏻‍♂️
