Nice to have a slightly drier day. BG a little high before start but a bit too much iob for my liking to be safe too. So a couple jellybabies and off for the quick loop.

Couldn't sleep so earlier run (04:30 😬) rather chilly but a gorgeous moon keeping me company on the way round. Then diabetes chose violence as I ended.

Another quick blast in lieu of parkrun since heading to Birmingham for the day. The running helps keep BG on a nice consistent level on the whole.

So a bunch of ball kickers lost a game. Chill out, don't be a dick about it towards anyone. It's a game. How's about wet get pissed about the dramatic underfunding of the NHS and the horible campaign in media against GPS. But, okay yeah.. Get pissed about something unimportant

If you've not manged to get to one yet or have been debating with yourself. Just go for it. Make a weekend of it in the smoke. Beyond the actual thing there's lots of other folks getting together. Always good for a touch point and recharge.

In the latest installment of it seemed like a good idea at the time. I've repainted the deck and the entire fence down one side so arm feels like it's fallen off and am still recovering from hypo number something. Back garden looks nice though. Keep forgetting not 20 something

Reality check for the day. If you're "normal" & have family emergency on other side of the planet and fuck up with your packing. You may smell bad. If you're T1d, you might not make it out alive. When we say we have hard limits. We're not messing. It's not just about the insulin

Just wondering, any one else found they really don't get hungry as such and have to remember to eat. Not that I don't enjoy food, just not really finding physically signaled to eat. Can do a day or so before I note if no one else is supervising. Not helpful with the running
