Today is the last day of my ODI Fellowship in the Ministry of Finance in Uganda. Two years in Kampala have gone by in a flash. Thanks to all my colleagues at the ministry and beyond for making me feel so welcome. I’m looking forward to a bit of time off before my next gig!
