Change is uncomfortable and hard as hell. When leaders expect others to change without participating + holding themselves accountable - it’s almost impossible. When leaders show up and model the vulnerability required for transformation change - it’s often unstoppable.

And they’re off. A ninth consecutive trip to the IHSA State finals for the girls’ cross-country team. They’ve put in a lot of miles…just a few more to go!

A sign of intellect is the ability to change your mind in the face of new facts. A mark of wisdom is refusing to let the fear of admitting you were wrong stop you from getting it right. The joy of learning something new eventually exceeds the pain of unlearning something old.
