Opened a pile of bokashi compost that has fermented for ~10 months. Really pleased with the look and smell. I think the yellow patches are wee fungal colonies? Plan is a fresh load of EM treated FYM at this end & hope for some bonus inoculation from the heap Andrew Sincock 〓〓 ?

Matt and Stewart operating with ultimate patience and precision as we get things in place for our first bokashi heap Have layered a mixture of horse muck, chicken muck and old hay for the right C:N ratio. A few days work involved in setting up so will see how it pays off 🤔
