In August RBH told us that they would be "carrying out tree and shrubbery maintenance works ... to the side of the ramp to Pershore ..." on Save Our Homes ❤ Lower Falinge. What they have actually done is FELL TWO MATURE TREES. RBH have a real problem being honest with their tenants.

I'm reading the documents provided for the AGM of RBH. I've noticed the deliberate and systematic choice to refer to people renting homes as "customers" rather than "tenants". RBH seem to have no understanding as to why these relationships are fundamentally different.
